Taxes and Duties
The prices of products are expressed in Japanese Yen excluding customs duties.

Returns policy
IIROT has 7 days returns policy for defective products. Any claim regarding the product(s) must be submitted in 7 working days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc .). The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via e-mail at contact info.iirot@gmail.com to obtain further instruction.
The returns and exchanges shall be accepted only for the following conditions.
IIROT does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has initial defects.
Please kindly be aware that due to the nature of viewing condition or device, the product images may slightly differ from actual products.You can inquire us via email for accurate information.
1. Within 7 days of arrival of the product(s).
2. All items must be tried indoor and ideally on a carpeted surface for shoes until you decided to keep them.
3. Make sure all products must be returned exactly as you received them, including tag, interior papers and seal still attached.
4. All products which come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged condition as this is considered part of the product.
5.We cannot accept return, refund or exchange of sale product.
