Please note that the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted are as follows.

・Within 7 days after product arrival
- Unused, unwashed, or only tried on indoors
- Complete with tags and accessories (Please note that if the tags are removed from the product, returns and exchanges will not be accepted)
- The condition of the product and packaging has not significantly changed from the time of delivery.
- Products that are not discounted or on sale
- For size exchanges only, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

返品ポリシー

IIROT has 7 days returns policy for defective products. Any claim regarding the product(s) must be submitted in 7 working days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via e-mail at contact info.iirot@gmail.com to obtain further instruction.

IIROT does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has initial defects.
ご使用の閲覧環境やデバイスの特性により、商品画像が実際の商品と若干異なる場合がございます。正確な情報については、メールにてお問い合わせください。

1. Within 7 days of arrival of the product(s).
2. All items must be tried indoors and ideally on a carpeted surface for shoes until you decide to keep them.
3. Make sure all products must be returned exactly as you received them, including tag, interior papers and seal still attached.
4. All products which come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged condition as this is considered part of the product.
5. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of sale products.
